Duties
The Office of the Chief Information Officer is seeking an IT Product Manager to serve within the Product Management Branch. The detailee will lead product strategy, planning, development, and delivery for key IT systems and platforms supporting USSS mission requirements. The incumbent will oversee product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and user experience, ensuring alignment with USSS objectives and compliance with federal IT and cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodologies, and driving continuous improvement based on user feedback and mission needs.This is a 120-day detail that may be extended up to 12 months.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications required:- Advanced experience in product management, project management, technical expertise, technology skills, and system engineering.
- Advanced oral and written communication, teamwork, creative thinking, forward thinking, reasoning, and adaptability/flexibility.
- TS Clearance required.
