Position Overview
This position is located at Stars and Stripes Pacific, Dededo, Guam. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Duties
- Pick up newspapers, magazines, flyers, etc from designated drop locations and deliver them to various facilities and other locations efficiently and on time.
- Handle all necessary signoffs on forms, documenting and maintaining accurate inventory checklists, maintenance, and client records.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the supervisor to update on delivery progress, reporting any workflow issues promptly.
- Have personal mobile phone and Internet connectivity in order to communicate remotely with home office and Supervisor on call 24 hrs./7 days per week.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is in optimal condition by scheduling and taking it for periodical maintenance at approved vendor locations.
