ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues 2. Independently anticipates, sets and meets priorities, and achieves results that support Agency objectives and strategies with no active supervision 3. Prepares and delivers briefings to large diverse internal and external audiences on complex and/or controversial topics in a manner that is appropriate for the audience and consistent with policy and/or best business practices 4. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives 5. Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across organizational boundaries, addressing complex acquisition issues to ensure integrated program execution and mission achievement. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. DAWIA Program Management (Practitioner) Certification 2. In-depth experience as a Program Manager for DIA, DoW, or IC Acquisition Programs that utilize the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) 3. In-depth experience in Acquisition Program Governance and Acquisition Program Oversight Policies/Processes.
