In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical engineering processes and procedures pertaining to Naval nuclear reactor work to develop training curriculum or lesson plans ensuring employee qualifications meet federal and local requirements. Duties
- You will prepare lessons plans, training aids and periodic examinations for Reactor Plant Worker Qualification Training.
- You will present lectures and assist students with problems.
- You will coordinate the scheduling of facilities, supplies, manuals and staff to accomplish preparation, teaching, written examination for the assigned course.
- You will review and approve lesson plans and related training materials.
- You will evaluate student progress and maintain grade and qualification records.
