Qualifications & Requirements

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written methods with public speaking experience desired. Must have well-developed computer, organizational, time management, prioritization and writing abilities, with an aptitude for learning new skills. Demonstrated knowledge of PC computer programs including Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint required. Knowledge of PhotoShop desired. Knowledge with proprietary property management systems Rec Trac and ACRROS for tracking and internal control is desirable. One year specialized travel industry sales experience required with a background in military sales and marketing highly desired. This position is located at the Leisure Travel Services on Fort Bliss. Duties

  • Oversee daily operations, assign work, provide coaching, conduct evaluations, counsel employees, and administer discipline when required.
  • Review and approve timecards and leave in Time and Attendance System; ensure labor accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll submission.
  • Process personnel actions — Submit awards, initiate staffing actions, support recruitment, and coordinate onboarding and HR documentation.
  • Ensure internal controls, handling compliance, revenue reconciliation, audit readiness, and overall financial accountability for LTS operations.
  • Address escalated customer concerns, ensure service recovery, and maintain smooth daily operations and vendor coordination.
