Position Overview

This position is located at USAG Italy - MWR, Ederle Fitness Center, Vicenza, Italy. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. This position will have an initial cut-off of17-AUG-2026. Additional lists will be issued every 10 days or as needed. Applications prior to that date will be given first consideration. Additional referral lists may be issued as vacancies are needed.

Duties

• In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
• Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
• Assists in planning, conducting, and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
• May provide work guidance to other staff.
