Position Overview
This position is located at JBLM American Lake Conference Center. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Duties
- Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs. Orders flowers, decorations, etc.
- Analyzes requirements of the occasion and recommends suitable services, menus and beverage items. Coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons.
- Draws up contracts making commitment for requested functions. Prepares all related invitation orders, party work sheets and contracts.
- Assists patrons with time schedules for weddings and other formal functions.
- Serves as technical advisor on correct protocol procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
