Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which include 1) Ensuring record management files are properly maintained; 2.) Following procedures to inspect supplies or equipment for discrepancies; 3.) Operating automated word processing equipment with hardware and software components to prepare a variety of materials such as correspondence, forms, reports, etc. and 4.) Maintaining property book in accordance with applicable regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06)

About the Position: This position is with the United States Army Cadet Command 5th Brigade, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
Duties
- Maintain the document register for supply actions, manage supply due-in reconciliations with requisition records, maintain inventory record.
- Prepare equipment status reports.
- Receive shipments and verifies shipment documents.
