Position Overview

This position is located at NAF (Non-Appropriate Fund) Support Management Division, Logistics Facility, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

Incentives and Bonuses

  • Relocation incentive Bonus in the amount of up to 25% of annual basic pay is authorized.

Duties

  • Manages all real property sustainment, restoration, modernization and new construction projects for the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Directorate (MWRD) at the garrison level.
  • Prepares studies and analyses that justify projects as the most feasible alternatives to satisfy MWRD program needs.
  • Conducts economic analyses of alternatives for projects as directed, Advises the NAF Support Chief on findings, conclusions and recommendations.
  • Develops functional project requirements through the preparation of project development brochures, drawings, makes layouts to determine relative positions of components of intricate mechanisms.
  • Ascertains that all information needed for production is provided in accordance with appropriate design and drafting standards.

Minimum Qualified Criteria:
  • Knowledge of the organization, mission, policies, and 3 to five years governing project, development, design and execution is highly desirable.
  • Work experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Highly Qualified Criteria:
  • Must possess 3 to five years governing project, development, design and execution.
