Position Overview

- You will serve as the lead for formulating, integrating, and validating Nuclear Weapons Surety (NWS) Acquisition and Operations shore-based infrastructure requirements
- You will partner work various internal and external stakeholders in the definition of infrastructure requirements, planning factors, and budgets necessary to support design, development, production, and test and evaluation of NWS programs
- You will as a key member of a high level working group, such as the Infrastructure Working Group
- You will provide Echelon I and II reporting on infrastructure development and execution efforts by preparing briefs to convey strategic vision on the programmatic, operational, and technical aspects of infrastructure topics
- You will serve as the budget executor for infrastructure activation and outfitting development, reporting annually to the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Board of Directors in fulfillment of the Service Requirement Review Board (SRRB) requirements
- You will act as a COR and develops, manages, and reviews various major data products and contract vehicles leveraged in support of the requirements definition, requirements integration, and the planning and design processes,
Qualifications & Requirements
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Analyzing and providing assessments or reports regarding infrastructure development and execution of a nuclear weapons system; and/or serving as budget executor for a weapons system program.
