Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ?????? providing technical expertise on special security programs by performing security briefings and debriefings, inspections, maintaining records, and annual audits on information security. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Duties
- You will serve as the EXU-1 Activity Security Manager, Security Officer, and Special Security Representative (SSR).
- You will perform security briefings and debriefings; processing security forms such as Courier Authorization Cards, Questionnaire for National Security Positions, and Security Container Information.
- You will maintain records to Security Positions and Security Container Information; records to include national security folders, visitor clearance database and access control database.
- You will perform annual audits on information security, personnel security, physical security, and arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA and E) security programs; perform monthly zone inspections; administer the lock and security containers program.
- You will direct, manage, formulate, implement, and evaluate all facets of Command's Information Security, Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Physical Security, Operations Security, Privacy Act, Firearms, and Security Education programs.
- You will coordinate with NSWC IH Security Director and Special Security Officer, Consolidated Adjudication Facility, Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office, and other agencies.
