Position Overview
We are looking for someone to support our NAS Patuxent River marina. In addition to being close to the water, you will prepare and maintain all of our reports and forms to keep the operation organized. You will also provide amazing customer service to patrons in-person, via phone, and email.Duties
- Prepare and maintain required administrative reports and forms
- Maintains a current knowledge of daily operations of facility
- Maintains effective controls for receipt and safe keeping of fees and sales
- Maintains and coordinates the master event schedule for all programs at the facility
- Responsible for ensuring that all events and program schedules and marina information are submitted to marketing monthly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Combination of experience related to customer service and or marina based functions.
- Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions and have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain records, compile and organize data for reports, and perform research on recreation topics for dissemination to customers.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures

- Must have or be able to obtain within 90 days of being placed in the position and maintain a valid state driver's license
